Environmental tests are part of product safety testing.

It is the measurement of the performance of equipment under specified environmental conditions, such as

  • Salt Mist Test
  • Humidity Test
  • Heating Drying Test

Such tests are most commonly performed on equipment used in military, maritime, aeronautical and space applications.

Salt Mist Test

Salt spray testing is an important part of regulatory compliance for a range of equipment, especially utilised for outdoor or under specific environmental conditions. Our modern data acquisition and analysis tools help to evaluate the overall corrosion resistance of your product in detail.
We provide testing for corrosion to many specifications including the below common standards

  • IEC 60068-2-52
  • ISO 9227
  • ASTM B117
  • MIL-STD-810

Humidity Test

Temperature Humidity Test is designing for the capability of heat-endurance, cold-endurance, dryness-endurance, humidity-endurance, suitable for quality control of the industries of electron, electrical equipment, vehicle, metal, building materials, etc. The standard is IEC 60068-2-78.

Heating Drying Test

This test provides a constant temperature environment, mainly used together with ball pressure apparatus for plastic material deformation test. The standard is AS/NZS 60335.
